What is GEPSCOUT?
GEPSCOUT is an independent productivity tool for reviewing publicly available PhilGEPS opportunities. It is not operated by or affiliated with PhilGEPS or PS-DBM.
Does GEPSCOUT submit bids for me?
No. GEPSCOUT does not submit bids. PhilGEPS and the procuring entity remain the official sources for registration, restricted documents, submission instructions, and deadlines.
How current are the results?
Entering the workspace triggers a current category-directory check. Each fresh scan checks PhilGEPS again, shows real progress, and timestamps verified results. Interrupted work is labeled Partial or Unavailable.
Can I open bid attachments?
You can open available public attachments from the lead details. If PhilGEPS restricts a document or requires official access, GEPSCOUT explains that and directs you to the source notice.
What happens to my results?
Results are private to your login-bound temporary workspace and are removed after sign-out or inactivity. Export an Excel workbook before leaving if you need to retain a copy.
